AIRSPRUNG Beds, whose core business is the manufacturing of beds, was established in 1871. When the world woke up to the interior sprung mattress in the 1930s, Hedley Chapman, the founder, was right there with a new plant and machinery to make the company's name, 'AIRSPRUNG'. In over 130 years AIRSPRUNG Beds have become the cornerstone of a furniture group that employs over 1,700 people nationwide.
